Privacy Policy

This page is a placeholder. Before public launch we'll publish a full policy that covers what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to delete it — written in plain English, not legalese.

What we want you to know upfront:

• Call recordings stay yours.They're stored privately in your workspace bucket and used only to extract the lead. We do not train models on customer audio.
• Customer phone numbers are not shared. Seller contact details visibility is controlled by role, enforced at the API and database layers.
• You can export everything, any time. Full CSV export is in your workspace settings. We do not lock your data in.
• India DPDP Act compliance is in scope. We treat personal data of Indian data principals according to the 2023 Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
