Terms of Service

During the private beta, BrokerBrain is provided free of charge and on an as-is basis. By using the service you agree to use it lawfully and not in a way that violates Indian regulations — including but not limited to the TRAI 2018 TCCCPR rules around commercial communication and the consent requirements of the DPDP Act 2023.

Acceptable use

BrokerBrain is intended for licensed real estate brokers and agencies managing genuine business relationships with customers. It is not a tool for cold-calling unsolicited contacts or for sending bulk marketing messages without consent. Misuse may result in account suspension.

Your data

Your workspace data — leads, inventory, calls, messages — belongs to you. You can export it at any time. If you delete your workspace, data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Limitation of liability

BrokerBrain assists with workflow but does not replace your judgment as a broker. AI outputs are suggestions; final decisions on what to send, when to follow up, and which deals to close are yours. We do not warrant uninterrupted service during the beta.
