Most CRMs were built for outbound sales teams in Western markets — and it shows. They want clean email threads and tidy pipelines. Indian brokers run on phone calls, WhatsApp messages, walk-ins, and the kind of trust-based deal-making that doesn't fit a generic Salesforce template.

BrokerBrain starts from a simpler premise: the call is the lead. Every customer conversation already contains everything you need — name, requirement, budget, urgency. So we built an AI that listens, captures the lead automatically, scores the intent, matches your inventory, and drafts the next WhatsApp for you. The broker stops being a typist and goes back to being a broker.

We obsess over the small stuff that's specific to Indian real estate: Part A / Part B pricing, plot road widths, RERA numbers, corner plots, gated colonies, the difference between resale and new-booking inventory, the way circle rates affect stamp duty. None of this is bolted on — it's the foundation.

We're a small team. We dogfood the product. If you're a broker and something feels off, we want to hear from you — every piece of feedback in the beta has shaped what shipped.

What we believe

  • AI works for the broker, not against them. No forcing buttons, no “assistant” that nags. Suggestions you can accept, edit, or ignore.
  • Privacy by default. Seller phone numbers stay hidden from agents. Pricing details strip server-side based on role. RLS is the safety net.
  • Mobile is the product. Brokers live on their phone — between site visits, on the way to a meeting. The app needs to work in 30 seconds.
  • Don't fight the channel. Brokers WhatsApp. We make WhatsApp better — we don't try to replace it.
