- When does pricing start?
- Beta users pay nothing today and will get a discounted rate locked in for the first year after the public launch.
- Do you charge for AI call processing?
- No additional usage fees during beta. Post-launch, AI processing is included in the per-agent plan with reasonable fair-use caps.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes. Every lead, every inventory item, every activity is yours. Full CSV export available from your workspace settings.
- What about WhatsApp Business API?
- You don't need it. BrokerBrain uses wa.me deep links — your messages send from your own WhatsApp account, with the AI drafting the personalized text.
